The condo is 420 square feet and perfect for 2 guests.  It is located on the ground floor and is an end unit. Completely renovated, the kitchen has everything you might need:  blender, coffee makers, coffee grinder, full-size appliances, dishware/cookware, spices, etc.  

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and built-in storage.  Under the bed you will find a drying rack, pool floaties, and an extra foam mattress.  There are lots of extra pillows and bedding.  The A/C unit is in the bedroom area and cools down the condo within a few minutes.  There are also two ceiling fans. 

We also provide 2 bicycles and snorkel gear.  Please wash and rinse the gear completely after using at the beach.  Locks for the bikes are provided, and there is a tire pump in the bathroom cabinet.

High-speed internet is provided.  

Water pressure can be an issue throughout Costa Rica.  Thank you for your patience should this occur during your visit. Fresh water is precious in CR and we do our best to conserve this resource.
