Casita del Soul is 30 minutes from the Liberia Airport in Guanacaste province: 1 km from Ocotal Beach and 2km from Playas del Coco.
Sweet Dreams complex is quiet and peaceful, best suited for nature-lovers seeking true Pura Vida. The property has a strict no smoking policy. The complex has 70 units, 2 pools plus a kiddie pool, outdoor shower, and rancho. Pool hours are posted and respected.
Silvio the gardener takes great pride in his work. There is 24 hour security, and Antonio is the night security guard.
There is a little parking lot, but street parking is safe and convenient.
The complex also has laundry facilities located in the rancho, steps from the condo. It is pay-as-you-go. Cards can be obtained through the property managers.
Playas del Coco has everything you might need - restaurants, bars, shops, groceries, etc. There are excellent fruit stands along the road into Coco, and a fabulous fish market walking distance from the condo. The town is walkable in 25 minutes, 10 minutes by bicycle.
Ocotal Beach is the closest beach -1 km away (10-15 min. walk, 5 min by bicycle). It is a calm,quiet bay that is renowned for snorkel and scuba. It is a black sand beach which can become VERY HOT during the day - don't forget flip flops or water shoes!
Father Rooster's restaurant is located right on the beach. Amazing place to have a good meal and watch the sunset.
